The Best Experience I Could Have Hoped For I live quite a distance from Wantagh. Three of the icons on my dashboard lit up. I called on a Monday to make an appointment. I was told the earliest I live quite a distance from Wantagh. Three of the icons on my dashboard lit up. I called on a Monday to make an appointment. I was told the earliest appt. was for Wednesday. I told the person that I had friends available that day only that would be able to follow me in their car, in case my car broke down. I asked that they fix it at their earliest convenience. Much to my surprise and delight they called that day, late afternoon to tell me that my car was ready for pick up. It was fully repaired! The Service Department is great, fabulous, the best! More

Friendly, helpful service I brought my CX9 for some basic service and a problem. They had me out of there in an hour. Unfortunately several parts had to be ordered. I returned I brought my CX9 for some basic service and a problem. They had me out of there in an hour. Unfortunately several parts had to be ordered. I returned the next week. They were not able to fix the car quickly. I was offered a loaner. This worked out well for me as I had to pick up my husband a few hours later. My auto was finished at 3:30 PM. I picked my car up at 4:00PM. Everyone in the service department was courteous and helpful. More
