Wow! Phil leased me the car, Craig took care of me for my service. This first Oil change was complimentary. When I arrived, Craig wrote me up, offered me bottled water and coffee. Offered me seating in my service. This first Oil change was complimentary. When I arrived, Craig wrote me up, offered me bottled water and coffee. Offered me seating in the waiting area or showroom. Texted me a video with the tech showing me my car and progress. Craig brought me the paperwork made my car accessible and I was on my way in short order. This is a friendly, knowledgeable and above all Customer Oriented dealership. There is nothing I could have added to this experience. Thank you all for making me feel so comfortable. I have a 2016 Mazda CX 5 that I bought in another state, and I have been going to wantagh mazda since then. They have prompt courteous service and keep you informed throughout the service. They send a video and I have been going to wantagh mazda since then. They have prompt courteous service and keep you informed throughout the service. They send a video of the service. They provide a loaner car if need be and have a comfortable waiting area if you chose to stay. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them. I would defiantly use them again if I chose another Mazda. More

I have bought several cars from Wantagh Mazda over the years. I also have my cars serviced there. The sales staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The service advisors are the same. Everything from the Sales to the Service department is wonderful. Buying a car can be an intimidating process but I was very happy when I purchased my cx-5 here in May of 2020. Salesman was great, didn't wonderful. Buying a car can be an intimidating process but I was very happy when I purchased my cx-5 here in May of 2020. Salesman was great, didn't feel like your typical car salesman at all. I felt very happy to give this place my business. Service department is excellent. I've taken my lease here 4-5 times now, each time they are prompt, professional and honest. Zee and Craig are awesome... love this place. Would recommend to anyone. More
