Walked into the dealership at 9:30 am on a Saturday, test-drove, negotiated, went out for lunch, came back and drove off in my new car at about 1:30. The first offer they put in front of me was fairly close to what I was expecting to pay, when I asked for slightly more on my trade-in, they said fine, and we had a deal. Grabbed lunch as they settled all the paperwork and the deal was done. Henry was great to work with, easy-going, and honest. Couldn't be happier overall. I was honestly dreading going car shopping, but I would hands-down recommend anyone go here if they want a no hassle, honest approach to car sales. More

I hit debris from a large tree that had fallen on the parkway and could feel that the car was driving differently afterwards. Craig took the car for a drive himself and ultimately found that I'd caused s parkway and could feel that the car was driving differently afterwards. Craig took the car for a drive himself and ultimately found that I'd caused some damage to one of the tires. Determining it was still safe to drive, he rotated the tires, free of charge, and said if I still feel something, I should replace the tire. Trying the least expensive fix first...I think that's probably unheard of at most other dealerships. Thank you, again. More
