I came in with a special they had on their website expecting to find out what the 'real' price would be. The deal was the deal and there were no surprises at any point in the process. I dealt with Josh who was super friendly and easy to work with. I was glad he was available actually because I had stopped in earlier in the year just to explore some of the new models and he was great then as well - helpful, informative, and not pushy. This was my first lease so he explained everything and worked with me to get the lease set up how I wanted. I didn't feel rushed or pressured about anything. Joe went over the car we bought with us and how it works, Kenny explained the details about the loan, warranty and extended warranty and when I brought the car in for service, Gary explained in detail about the checkup and service for my car and kept me informed about what was needed and what wasn't.
