Brought my car in to have a recall taken care of. When I made the appointment I was told they had the part but hours after them having the car when I called for an update I was told they didn't have When I made the appointment I was told they had the part but hours after them having the car when I called for an update I was told they didn't have the part. I was told it was ordered and would be there next day. Next day in the late afternoon when I called I was told the part didn't come in and there was no eta. I got my car back but it was never fixed.
