If you want to deal with people that have a heart for you, don't go to Wayne Akers Ford. I bought a used 2019 Ford Escape and they said the vehicle is good for many thousands of miles, they even did all you, don't go to Wayne Akers Ford. I bought a used 2019 Ford Escape and they said the vehicle is good for many thousands of miles, they even did all the inspections. But I had only driven 200 miles and the transmission started to give trouble. Only 400 miles and I was left on the side of the road. Here is the bad part, they only care to get your money, they don't care for people. They would not spend a dime to better serve their customers, they did nothing to help me with the transmission. Everything they do is to get money from you, they have no heart for the customer. Avoid them as much as possible, they might serve you well as long as they get money, but if something goes wrong, they don't care if you suffer, as long as they get money. More

On June 17th, I came to Wayne Akers ford to buy a used Honda odyssey for a cash purchase. I arrived after 10 o’clock that morning and was unable to leave until after 2:30 PM! I was told the oil had been Honda odyssey for a cash purchase. I arrived after 10 o’clock that morning and was unable to leave until after 2:30 PM! I was told the oil had been changed and it should be good for another 5,000 miles by , Rolando , sales representative The oil had not been changed and don’t believe anything was checked on the van. To my knowledge we were not offered even water during the 4 plus hours. Also, the finance person said I was required to buy theft protection and maintenance for the vehicle. I did not want either and I believe in Florida you are not required to buy either. Honesty and integrity, I think NOT ! I’m an example of honest and integrity, been that way since 1953! This may be an isolated incident, but troubling is this may be their mode of operation. I would gladly meet with the owner or someone who supervises to let them tell me I was treated with honesty and integrity. More
