Service area is terrible. Car still not right. Already complained, no response from service dept, customer service area who I spoke with and complained to when they called wer Car still not right. Already complained, no response from service dept, customer service area who I spoke with and complained to when they called were very attentive and apologized. Was supposed to be escalated to Management and weeks later..nothing. No calls no email no letter no nothing. Why have we not heard back from anyone??? Over $600 and car does not work any better than the day it got there. And that is a whole other thing. We made appointment with service and brought car in. Took .ore than two days before the car was even looked at by mechanic. On Friday (appt was Tue) I was told they needed to order a part (pressure switch) because they were sure that was the problem, and it would not be in until Tue. I advised I would pick up the car because I couldnt go another 5 days without it. I showed up before 6 pm to an ivoice for more than $600.. the part they had to order magically appeared and was installed in the few hours it took me to get there. I got in the car and the a/c did not work. The switch was not the issue. My thought is that they had already installed switch, knew it did not work and wanted a few more days to try and figure it out. Just a horrible experience from start to finish. Still waiting on them to make it right IF anyone ever bothers to call back. As for the dealership itself, never purchased a car from them. And if it is anything like the service dept. I never will More
