Let me begin 1. Last time I communicated with your leadership team regarding my radio just mysteriously not working after getting back my vehicle after a service job Last time I communicated with your leadership team regarding my radio just mysteriously not working after getting back my vehicle after a service job and brought it in only to be told it would cost me $1500 to fix it. Good golly my radio started working on its own, apparently the good ole mechanic lies work on weak and dumb. But I knew that what was being said to me was a lie. So be careful of the training and pressure you put on your mechanics to lie to make a dollar. I’m just the type to go to the attorney general’s office with foolishness like this. 2. Work on bringing back service. And I mean where is the VIP lounge with a bottle of water while your customer waits? Anyhow the only reason some of us still come to your dealership for service is because of service writers like Ben B so don’t slack off and think people haven’t noticed the changes since the change of ownership. We are fickle and sometimes it’s just that one straw that will break the proverbial camel’s back. It’s all about quality service from everyone!!! More
