I have bought 15 vehicles from Wayne acres Ford and this was the worst experience I ever had at a car dealership first off. The salesman was just long enough to sell me the vehicle and then that was good en was the worst experience I ever had at a car dealership first off. The salesman was just long enough to sell me the vehicle and then that was good enough for him and second when we did the financing. The gentleman was supposed to set my wife up on the part of it and it took us two weeks to get it straightened out that should never happen. I was very displeased with the way. It was worked out and I will never, and I do mean ever by a vehicle from Wayne acres Ford again the only reason why I will ever go back there is because I have a maintenance program. I would expect when you go to a dealership that they would properly diagnose the problem with your vehicle, not tell you one thing and agree to repairs and then after the fact when the problem is not so would properly diagnose the problem with your vehicle, not tell you one thing and agree to repairs and then after the fact when the problem is not solved tell you now need another thing to repair the problem. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT take your car here for service or diagnostics. My experience with the service department, particularly an employee named Christian, was completely unacceptable. His behavior was aggre diagnostics. My experience with the service department, particularly an employee named Christian, was completely unacceptable. His behavior was aggressive, unprofessional, and outright disrespectful. As a woman who has been a victim of assault by a man, I felt completely unsafe when Christian berated me in the office, raising his voice and showing aggressive behavior. Instead of addressing my concerns or performing the requested brake fluid and sensor change, they attempted to upsell me on unnecessary repairs, initially quoting an outrageous price that made it sound like my car was totaled. After I refused, the price mysteriously dropped by thousands of dollars. Despite keeping my car for five days, they ultimately performed no service at all and ignored my original request. When I tried to discuss my concerns, Christian dismissed me entirely, making it clear that he had no interest in customer service or transparency. Worse, the service manager defended this behavior rather than addressing it. Even office staff admitted this was a common issue, which tells me this is not a one-time incident—it’s how they do business. This establishment enables aggressive and predatory behavior toward customers, and I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you care about fair pricing, honesty, and professionalism, stay far away from this service department. More
