After more than a month waiting for the parts made me go 3 times. After going three times the issues wasent solve. First time told me they order the wrong parts. Second time told me they need to order other 3 times. After going three times the issues wasent solve. First time told me they order the wrong parts. Second time told me they need to order other replacement part. Third time only change one broken part but not repair o replaced the scratched window. There’s no communication between the areas. For me going three times made me change my job schedule and costs afforded by myself. They don’t have loaner or any shuttle home. I live 40 minutes from the dealer. I’m not happy with Wayne Akers. It’s sad to feel that way but it is what it is More
My ford edge is 2010, so now 15 years old. I needed to replace the gasket on the spoiler and was told it was no longer stocked due to age of car. Said there was none in stock anywhere( I gue I needed to replace the gasket on the spoiler and was told it was no longer stocked due to age of car. Said there was none in stock anywhere( I guess nationwide?) and didn’t offer go outside of Ford to try to find one. I felt he didn’t want to be bothered and I felt this was poor service. Then he said I could try eBay motors but didn’t tell me the name of the part or a number. I’m not happy. I had come in for The Works and to ask about the part I needed. More
