Was friendlier prior to ownership change. The service guy knew I was waiting in the lobby, he called (instead of coming to see me personally) to tell me I should change the three air filters The service guy knew I was waiting in the lobby, he called (instead of coming to see me personally) to tell me I should change the three air filters and wiper blades, never showed them to me to confirm they were dirty.
