Person who was supposed to be my main point of contact was not returning phone calls or text messages in a timely manner. When I received my car back the amount of fingerprints and smudges left on what they worked on were outrageous. The cashier was also very rude. She made me feel like it was my fault that the service provider didn't inform her that I would be picking up my car that day. More

I wish I’d trusted my gut and gone elsewhere when it came time to buy my next vehicle — their service department’s reputation should have told me everything I needed to know. I traded in a very well-kept Bronco Sport for a brand-new Ford Explorer, only to find out the hood had been repainted for damage before I even drove it off the lot. My new vehicle has glaring imperfections and to get this fixed has been an absolute nightmare. The process has been slow, disorganized, and handled by employees who seem uninterested and untrained. I’ve been made to run in circles, wasting my time while balancing work and caring for a child with a disability. From sales to service to their auto body department, the customer care here is simply awful. Lazy communication, endless delays, and zero accountability. I will not be returning and will be finding a different Ford dealer for any future business. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere. More

1) I was told my car would be ready the saame day. It took a month. I went without a car for over 10 days. Finally I got a loaner from them. 2) I had my EV battery replaced by recall. My new car was getting 25-30 miles per charge, but only 18 at replacement time. The new battery only gets 18. 3) They left my car undriven in sun for a month. The batttery was dead upon return. I am sure they jumped it at the dealer, and thought it would recharge on the 20 minute trip to my house. The car did not start for me. It would not recharge. It was really dead . I had to buy a new battery. 4) I asked to have a known (new) leaking tire repaired. They could find a leak.It still needs more air every few weeks. I had to buy a portable hand held compresser. 5) I have to clear error memos every time I drive the car. I will not rate individuals. Many were unnamed texts, anyway. I am angry that the service representative told me that my battery could be changed in one day. I had seen an open week, two weeks ahead - than was my original plan, but I was diverted horribly. The valet people were all very nice. More
