I’m very pleased with the service from Wayne Ford. I’ve been unfortunately cursed with a problem vehicle so I’ve used their services many times and have never been disappointed! Wayne Ford is very easy to schedule service with. They have options for pick up and drop off of your vehicle or use of a loaner car. The service was done in a timely manner. I do wish a free car wash They have options for pick up and drop off of your vehicle or use of a loaner car. The service was done in a timely manner. I do wish a free car wash was included and that they would pull up the vehicle for me when I come to pick it up. I do appreciate they protect the seats and steering wheel with plastic but it would be nice to have that removed before I get in it to drive home. This the 4 stars vs 5 star rating. My other car dealership did all those things. More
