He listened to our needs in a vehicle that would carry my wheelchair lift and wheelchair. He showed us all the features that would make our driving safer as our trade in was 2002 Trailblazer. Although the vehicle was 18 years old with low mileage, it was beginning to cause mechanical issues. Tim took all the time I needed to help me set up my phone and Onstar to make if seam less to use. Although it is all a bit overwhelming, Tim gave me the confidence that I would love it as I used it more. Today we picked it up because I needed running boards installed and again he was available for any questions I had and offered more assistance in the future.
