From the time we pulled into the lot until we signed everything and pulled off the lot with our new vehicle, it was just under 3 hours. That includes finding the vehicle on the lot, test drive, negotiating, waiting to get into finance, signing the papers, getting the gas tank filled up and the car cleaned. Jim was very friendly and showed full transparency during the process. The kids area was perfect for keeping our kids occupied while we waited to sign the finance documents.
