I had a great experience with Alisha, she was very friendly and kept good communication with me while I waited for my car to be serviced for brakes. I also like that they shared videos as they inspect friendly and kept good communication with me while I waited for my car to be serviced for brakes. I also like that they shared videos as they inspect your vehicle. However, since I don't drive everyday and it had been a while since I had my car inspected, I was relying on the complimentary multi-point inspection to help indicate any areas I would need to eventually address but they didn't catch that my wiper blades were torn and separated. But that's not a big deal to me, I'd much rather their attention go to the brakes! More
