I knew up front my leasing experience at Wellesley VW was going to be complicated as I'm permanently disabled with complete loss of sensation in my legs and feet. This meant that adaptive assistive equipment going to be complicated as I'm permanently disabled with complete loss of sensation in my legs and feet. This meant that adaptive assistive equipment would have to be installed in my ID.4 before I would even be able to drive it, and with a third party installing the hand controls for braking and acceleration I was concerned that this would all come together. But Jens Albrecht took on the challenge, calmed my nerves, and put together an incredible plan. Jens was respectful, forthright, incredibly knowledgeable about my situation, and everything came together down to transferring my HP license plates. He was thorough in his explanation of the lease, and while we waited for the appointment for the driving controls installation, he invested an enormous amount of his time driving the car to make sure I understood all of the controls in real time. Even in post-lease signing, Jens has maintained regular communication with me. I'm so grateful for Jens' commitment to me. More
