I signed up for a different service package but was forced to accept a package that I didn't want. It was twice as expensive and took twice as long. Karl Christ did not listen to what I wanted and kept calling me "dear." I am a tenured MIT professor and I am not anyone's "dear." This is 2024 and women should be treated with respect.
