They are friendly and professional. For some reason, they did not call me until much later in the afternoon (I dropped my car off the evening before). I was told the service should be done by 3pm and that someone would call if it would be later. I did not receive a call until after 5pm because they were washing the car at that moment. We made it to the dealership (20 minutes away) but did not talk with anyone. The car was not cleaned or vacuumed and there were black oily smudges inside and outside. None of these are a big deal but since you asked my opinion about the service, I will say that the people are nice, but I would be lying if I said that I had a wonderful experience when I picked up my car.
