Purchased a new CX-5, It was truly the best new car experience I have ever had at a dealership. I had done my research, knew what I wanted, just had some questions and wanted to get the deal done witho experience I have ever had at a dealership. Rich and Mike worked with me on pricing, they honored it to the penny, no pressure, Mike was pleasant, knowledgeable and polite. Jay was great and found an excellent finance plan that kept my interest rates down and the process was quick and painless. All my questions answered. Very happy ! Had my car tow’d in on a Sunday. Started calling the service dept Monday morning at 830am. After 5 separate attempts at different times to get a person on the phone I gave up. I then Started calling the service dept Monday morning at 830am. After 5 separate attempts at different times to get a person on the phone I gave up. I then showed up to the dealership in person.I had decided to bring my car to a service garage instead. Once the dealership was able to track down my keys, they suddenly figured out that my car was “on the lift”. I was then told this repair might be covered under a warranty, so I should just hang out. five minutes later I was told it would not be warranty and it would be a $500+ repair. I didn’t agree with this and said the part should be covered under warranty due to the warranty that I had purchased. The service writer, then explain to me the facts of life and how I could not know what I was talking about at which point I just asked for my keys back. Shocked, they asked why because my car is still on the lift. I then asked for my keys two more times and had to wait 10 minutes for someone to bring my car around for me. If you’re looking for a place that does not answer phone calls is rude and condescending to customers and really only cares about making money bottom line,. This is the place to go. 100% always a disappointment going to Warner Mazda. More
