Let me start by saying this dealership is close to Two hours away and worth the visit for me. It started with a phone call from me to the Werner Mazda dealership. My first contact was Katelyn who assisted me with a great welcome greeting over the phone and assisted with all my questions and concerns, she even scheduled me to get in the same day. It was almost too good to be true that I called back and was greeted the same way by the same kind woman Katelyn who did direct me right to the Parts department where I also was pleasantly surprised by another great young lady Rachel. Rachel was able to get me the parts I needed and had them in stock same day with a great deal that I just could not pass up. This is how I decided to take the nice 2-hour drive to NH and meet all the AMAZING staff members at Werner Mazda. Upon arrival I met and was greeted by two great staff at the front that seem to be taking care of business and had no problem assisting me right away. Dylan stepped right in and found out who I was and got me taken care of with no issues what so ever. This was just the tip of the iceberg. There were so many staff that were so welcoming that I lost track of everyone behind the scenes that helped not to mention the appearance of the Werner Mazda dealership, it was absolutely Amazing! The show room was pristine and looked like a showroom floor in Las Vegas, Miami or California. The place was not like any other Mazda dealership I have purchased from before and I have two Mazda CX-5 beautiful Suv vehicles. Rachel assisted me Katelyn assisted me and Dylan. Best cur buying experience I've ever had I pre-ordered a Miata since the color/interior features I wanted were not available anywhere in New England. Rich Hammond & Rob Hering were great to I pre-ordered a Miata since the color/interior features I wanted were not available anywhere in New England. Rich Hammond & Rob Hering were great to work with. They located the car I wanted - there was only one coming in from the auto plant for all of New England. I placed a $500 deposit (didn't even get charged until the car arrived at the dealer) to hold the car while it made its way up to Manchester, NH from Baltimore, MD. Rob stayed in touch with me during the whole process keeping me updated. Eventually the car arrived 3-4 weeks later which was exactly when I was told it would arrive. Rob had the financing and all details set up so when I arrived to pick up the car, it took about 30 minutes for everything (half of that time was me test driving the car!) I used a pricing service via Consumer Reports and know I got a good deal on the car. The price never changed from quote to sale. Also got 5 year, 0% financing. The only extra fee was the $25 title fee from the state. I have never seen such a straight forward, easy process. Nice, down to earth people. If I but another car, I will definitely buy from them! Can't recommend them enough! More
