I was taken advantage of by the salesperson I asked several times to see the sale's listing sheet for the car. I found out from a different dealership that I overpaid by thousands of dollars. I was also told that the car had a feature which it does not have! When I was walking away because the car had a white interior, which I absolutely did not want, he had a second salesperson come out and help him to pressure me. Unfortunately for me, I did succumb to their unfair and deceptive sales tactics. More

I had been shoppin My wife and I purchased a gently used 2019 Mazda CX-9 from Werner Mazda this past weekend and it was a very satisfying experience. I had been shopping on-line for a replacement vehicle for our 2008 Toyota Highlander for over a month and last Friday was my first day actually stopping by any dealerships to look at cars I had identified as possibilities. Werner Mazda was my second stop and I had an appointment with Cameron Landry because I had made contact with them through one of my searches for financing. I was warmly greeted by Cameron and we quickly got to the car I came to see. I had a excellent test drive in the car and I was very impressed with Cameron's knowledge of the car's features, especially the technology. I also found the negotiating process for the purchase to be very smooth and hassle-free. All together, this was a very pleasant car-buying experience, my best ever. Everyone was very easy to work with and l came away extreme please with having bought my car from Werner Mazda. More
Took care of my problem Just as before, they took care of my problem. However, for some reason, a multi point inspection was added to the order without me asking for it. I just wanted the battery replaced as I just took my car for an oil change and multi point inspection about three weeks ago. I didn't object because it is always good to know how your car is and didn't feel like bringing a negative note. I sure would've done better without the extra $50 on my bill though. Also, I asked for an estimate on some body work. Offered to be sent by email, never got it. Anyway, the battery was replace which is what I needed in the first place, and that went well. Thanks, More

My car with almost 203,000 miles was treated to a vacuum and cleaning like it's never had before. Paul even took extra care to remove the antenna to ensure no damage during the car wash. They were prompt in starting and were done within the time I was told. I've found my new go to service crew. Thank you Jess and Paul! See you in 3,000 miles! More

The oil change part of the 30K required maintenance was cheaper than going to a quick lube place like Jiffy Lube. At Werner all the parts are Genuine Mazda and the oil used is Mazda recommended Castrol Synthetic. My CX5 Grand Touring also received a no-cost an exterior car wash. I also had time to enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee and do a little light reading. More
