Bob Werner grew up in the Manchester area and attended Manchester's Trinity High School.
I have been in the automobile business for over 25 years, and when the opportunity came to open up in Manchester it was an obvious fit. We are proud to be a member of the community and feel compelled to give back.
We are members of several non-profits and are involved with charities including the Special Olympics, Webster House, The Pan-Mass Challenge, The Friends of Manchester Animal Shelter and Team Emma's Enchantment. As well as long standing sponsorships for local sports teams like the Manchester Monarchs.
Werner Dealerships' reputation for excellence and community involvement over the last few years is already well known and Bob fully intends on continuing that tradition.
Werner has earned a position of prominence among New Hampshire Mazda dealers with their outstanding customer service and sales volume.

The best around! I can't say enough great things about Werner Mazda! We just bought our 3rd car from them last night! I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a car! Going above and beyond! I bought a CX-5 from Werner Mazda last June, which was a made a nice, professional experience by our sales guy, Mike Heintz and have since returned tw I bought a CX-5 from Werner Mazda last June, which was a made a nice, professional experience by our sales guy, Mike Heintz and have since returned twice for routine service. The Service Dept. is A+ all the way! The staff is friendly and competent. I get in and get out without all the "extras" that my other dealership would seem to find when I would take my previous car in for an oil change. They even wash the car before giving it back to you. The waiting area is comfortable and stocked with beverages and snacks for your choosing. I asked them to look at a minor problem, which, not only did they spend some time on it to make sure that it wasn't really a problem but they did not charge me to look at it, unlike my previous dealer who would charge me $80.00 just to look at anything, however minor. I love this dealership! Werner truly has the meaning of customer service down. More

Lied about unneeded repair Werner Mazda is dishonest with their customers in order to increase their profits and I encourage those of you reading this to avoid doing business wi Werner Mazda is dishonest with their customers in order to increase their profits and I encourage those of you reading this to avoid doing business with Werner Mazda. I had this dealership take a look at my vehicle as I believed it was having transmission issues, it turns out that it was not, but one of the things they told me they wanted to replace was a "leaky valve cover gasket" and it would be $182.00. Before having any work done I had my father who has been an automotive technician for over 30 years take a look at it, and it turns out there was nothing wrong with the valve cover gasket. They blatantly lied to me to make money off an unneeded repair, likely assuming they could get away with it as I am a 23 year old female. More

He was thoroughly wel Glad I found Werner! Mike Heintz was waiting for me at the appointed time, and we reviewed the CX5 GT I'd inquired about online. He was thoroughly well-informed on every aspect of the car, from the engine to the electronic systems to the paint. After a very informative test drive, I was given the chance to consider multiple purchase and leasing options; and received a fair valuation on my trade-in. Mike then gave me a thorough tutorial on the car and the various ownership benefits that come with a new Mazda before I drove off in mine. Werner has a great "family" vibe, terrific waiting facilities, and an excellent reputation in the service department, which I'll be using for all scheduled maintenance - and based on Mazda's reliability ratings, not much else!
