Roger Turnquist was been a gem, shepherding me along the process from my initial inquiry...to several follow-up calls and placing a deposit...to picking up the car and ensuring I was familiar with all its basic operations before I left Werner Mazda...to contacting me a few days later to check in. Ditto for his colleague Rob Hering, who stepped in for Roger when I stopped by with some questions...patiently addressed my remaining questions and completed the deal...and ensured I got all the paperwork done swiftly in time to get to a business meeting that day. Ditto for finance manager Jay Trabucco, who on short notice fit me in around his existing appointments (given my time constraints) and guided me through all the necessary paperwork and processes. And ditto for general sales manager Rich Hammond who played a role. On the day I picked up the car, Morgan Blake in the parts department helped me sort through the floor mat/liner options, and Rob kindly installed them.
