Great customer service! This is the fourth car bought from Doan. My first two were purchased at Doan Buick/GMC, a 1993 and 2000 Buick Century. The third was a 2006 Chevy HHR This is the fourth car bought from Doan. My first two were purchased at Doan Buick/GMC, a 1993 and 2000 Buick Century. The third was a 2006 Chevy HHR from Doan Chevrolet. I still have the HHR with 175,000 miles on it. Great car! Just bought a 2015 Jeep Compass High Altitude and enjoy driving it. All three Doan Stores have great sales staff and service departments. Not sure when I'll buy another but I guarantee it will be from Doan. Hoang I had a good experience dealing with Hoang (my sales rep). He turned me around on Doan. I had a bad experience at Doan Chevy. I bought a used BMW that was nothing but problems since the day I bought it and drove out of the parking lot on complete empty. 4 weeks later, I wanted to trade it in. Doan Chevy wasn't much help so I went to Jeep down the road and Hoang helped me. While I still took a huge loss on trading in the BMW I just purchased from Doan, I am in a better car and Hoang was extremely helpful and turned my feelings around on Doan. I actually had car mats and a full tank of gas with this purchase. More

My first time buying a new vehicle I've always bought preowned vehicles in the past, but after several frustrating years of auto repairs the time had come to buy new. My old vehicle was deteriorating rapidly, and becoming extremely unreliable. So I needed some new wheels quickly. I walked into Doan Dodge a half hour before closing on a Thursday and was greeted kindly by Steve Otis. Steve took the time to let me test drive the 2015 Dodge Dart GT I was interested in, and he stayed late to get the purchase process started for me. The next day (Friday) he was scheduled off, but he knew how quickly I needed a new vehicle so he came in the late afternoon and saw the purchase all the way through for me. Steve took the time to show me the new features of the Dodge Dart, he helped connect my iPhone via Bluetooth. I rolled out of Doan Dodge with my new Dart less than 24 hours after test driving it. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. After driving it for almost a full week (and putting 500 miles on it) it is clear to me that I was meant to have this car. I can't thank Steve enough for his dedication to the customer experience and for working extra hours to help me. More
