Tried to take advantage of 19 yr old. Car was dropped off for front brakes svce advisor tried to add oil change to service after speaking with me 20 minutes prior to confirm appointment, Car was dropped off for front brakes svce advisor tried to add oil change to service after speaking with me 20 minutes prior to confirm appointment, Oil change was completed by them 3 weeks prior. Then later called my son to try and get him to authorize rear brakes and brand new rotors, when the svce advisor called he stated he called me (the owner of vehicle ) but I did not answer. I NEVER received a call! My vehicle was in Westbury Toyota service for an inspection and oil change July 2025 where I was notified my front brake pads were at 3mm and the rear brake pads were at 5mm. The service advisor is now telling me the rear brakes are at a 3mm and need to be change with brand new rotors. Brakes do not go down 2mm in less than a month. I tried to speak with a manager to advise him of my concerns but he was more concerned with justifying his department and would not let me finish a sentence without interrupting. I have used this service department many times but this is the first time I felt like I was trying to be scammed. BE CAREFUL and ask questions, I for one will never use this service department again. More

My 2024 Rav 4 Hybrid with less than 4500 miles lost its radio screen and Phone charger, also door check for driver side door is not working. I am shocked that this could happen on a Toyota Vehicle. I have always driven Toyota Cars because of their reliability. n 6/12/25 I took it to Westbury Toyota for Servicing and I am still waiting for the part to come in. (Radio Screen) . This is unacceptable. I was advised it could take as long as till 7/25/25 of longer! Back up Camera is part of this component so I am out GPS, Back UP Camera and Phone Charger! More
