The SALES MANAGEMENT sucks first of all regardless of credit score regardless of trade-in you are still a customer that deserves respect and the disrespectful attitude from the Sales management team is enough for me to never go back to that place. After low balling me on my trade and making it sound like I was the reason for them losing money on the sale and knowing that I'm seating in the finance office listening to this man basically saying I told Conrad we don't have a deal making me feel like crap because they decided to basically rip me off on my trade value. At the end I took delivery of vehicle more so because of the vehicle price but needless to say not planning on going back. By the way, the story of he's running to get you more money for your trade was a LIE. More

Easiest car purchase of my life I contacted Rafael Robles. I described the car I wanted. He said he had one in stock, so we scheduled an appointment for my wife and me to drive it. I contacted Rafael Robles. I described the car I wanted. He said he had one in stock, so we scheduled an appointment for my wife and me to drive it. We loved it, so I asked him to send me a price for the car. He did, I scheduled an appointment to buy it. The price was fair (I shopped Weston against two other dealers). when I got to the dealership the car was ready, the paperwork was largely done, and I was in and out of the finance office and Rafael walked me through the controls for the car in less than an hour and a half,. It was AMAZING. no stress, no hassle, just business. Very refreshing. I hope not to do this again for a few years, but if Rafael is still around I'm looking for him. He was great. And the support staff (managers, finance etc) were terrific. More
