Purchasing my first Lexus from Philippe Haddad was truly a pleasant experience. Car buying and pleasant experience don’t usually go hand in hand but with Philippe it was. When I test drove the car there was a noise coming from the dash and he worked with the service department to make sure the noise was taken care of before I left the dealership that day.
