We were able to negotiate via text so when we got to the dealership Nam had everything ready to go in a timely manner, that was important to us because we had driven all the way from Dallas to purchase this car. We also worked with Sinh Pham in finance and he was also very easy to work with. He clearly laid out the terms of our financing and not once did we feel pressured to do something we weren’t comfortable with.
