From the beginning, James treated me with respect, called me by name and told me they would definitely figure it out. I had forgotten to ask for a loaner , but they accommodated me right away and gave me an awesome 2019 MDX. They called within 30 minutes and told me it was just a wheel bearing and covered by warranty. They told me when they thought it would be done and asked me when I wanted to pick it up. Overall the experience was positive and I would recommend Acura service to my family and friends More
