Peng Lee helped me understand why the services were necessary and hooked me up with a loaner car, at no charge to me. The service is great and they actually know how to do the work. I value the integrity Subaru employees have. I never feel like their trying to sell me something I don't want or need. The flip side of this coin is that they're pretty expensive compared to non dealers. But I feel the trade off is worth the price I paid. Now my Outback is set for another 100k miles. More
