Exceptional sales department I was looking for a new Honda model (Clarity) and contacted 7 Ohio Honda dealers looking for a certain exterior/interior color combination. 3 dealersh I was looking for a new Honda model (Clarity) and contacted 7 Ohio Honda dealers looking for a certain exterior/interior color combination. 3 dealerships never called me back and the other 3 told me what they had in inventory and that it was my only choice. I contacted Dylan Legge at Allan Nott Honda---they didn't have the car I wanted in stock but, he was the only person that searched other dealers for the car. Within 24 hours he had found the car that I wanted and had it within a couple of days. That fact that he took the time to help me find what I wanted shows his dedication to customer satisfaction. I met Jon Cox when I was there one day after I learned the person that I did my first lease was leaving and I turned to Jon for things that I had questions about or needed help with in the future. Recently I had major back surgery and learned quickly that my car was not going to work for us anymore and we needed to switch to a SUV to get up off the ground . I cant thank the staff and Jon enough for helping us with everything. The entire dealership is kind, clean , professional, and comfortable . I will not go anywhere else. My parents also started looking at Honda because of our experience and past with them . Marcia Sites is who they spoke with and who we later met while waiting to pick our vehicle up.
