We first met Lisa via the internet sales department at Allan Nott. She followed up very quickly with our inquiries and invited us to visit the dealership. We had owned a Sienna which we had purchased in Allan Nott. She followed up very quickly with our inquiries and invited us to visit the dealership. We had owned a Sienna which we had purchased in Ft. Wayne & were shopping around to purchase another new Sienna. When we met Lisa she made us feel at home & welcomed. She worked with us for the purchase of our new Sienna. In fact, several months later we purchased a Prius from her. When we came to pick our new Prius, she had a message on the back window that said something to the effect that the Prius was happy to have us as its new owner. Tom has been our family car salesman for years. We only buy from him and this dealership because of the extraordinary customer service. The dealership has exceeded my expectations repeatedly. Once I selected the car I wanted the dealership prepared all my paperwork so that I simply needed to spend about 10 minutes at the dealership to get the vehicle. It was so simple. Shortly after I leased the vehicle the windshield developed a crack. The dealership quickly repaired the windshield and even delivered it to my home.
