Problem solved! I came to Allan Nott because a car I just purchased 2 months earlier was now showing some serious mechanical problems. I met Avery Van Hassel who immediately recognized there was a potentially dangerous issue in the cv/ transmission of my car. "Awesome Experience" I was ready to purchase my third Honda so my husband and I went to see John Gould. We worked with John before and there was no question who we were going to see for this purchase. I wanted to test drive a CRV, Pilot and Accord and John was awesome. Bringing around the vehicles, answering our questions and spending lots of time with us, not only making sure we were satisfied but making us feel like family. After making my decision and completing the paper work, Kyle Ryan walked me through the set up, actually set everything up for me, made sure I felt comfortable and assured me I could call or stop in anytime I had a question or needed anything. Buying a new car was the furthest thing from my mind I was at the dealership to simply to get my 5000 mile service. Problem is, I took my wife. She said, "I'm going up to look at cars. Bottom line, I bought the car, which, by the way we love. Traded in the 2014 Prius V which I also loved, but this car is much better in so many ways. This is my second car purchased at Allen Nott's, but my father and sister have been customers for many years. I appreciate how friendly everyone and efficient every one was in this buying process.
