Good price; good service I've been looking for a Dodge Challenger with specific equipment for some time. While browsing the Internet, I found the exact car I wanted at Whitte I've been looking for a Dodge Challenger with specific equipment for some time. While browsing the Internet, I found the exact car I wanted at Whitten Brothers. They made me a great offer via email, so I went to the dealership for a test drive. I worked with Cathy McCarthey, who was a pleasure -- very knowledgeable, pleasant, and not pushy, I bought the car and drove it home the same day. My only criticism is the dealership's use of the Kelley Blue Book Instant Cash program to value my old car. The dealer encouraged me to use the program before coming in, and it gave a generous value. The program web site indicated that I could use that value as the trade in amount or sell my old car for that price to the dealer. When I arrived at the dealer, however, I was told that the quoted price had no validity, and they made me a substantially lower offer for trade in. After some negotiation, we arrived at a trade in value about $300 less than the KBB amount, which I accepted -- I really wanted that new car! However, Whitten Brothers should either honor the KBB price or get out of the program. What they are doing now is misleading. Otherwise, buying my new Challenger from Whitten was a great experience. More

The actually purchasing process was also simple and painless. Usually car shopping is a horrible experience but this was painless and as pleasant as can be. The only down side, my wife and I came to discover, was that we were only offered only one key with the Jeep, which come to find out, a second key would cost nearly $300.00 from our local dealership, before programming and key cutting charges. Had we known this, we would have made sure that there was a second key with the Jeep at the time of purchase. More

The experience that Cathy gave was extremely professional as she worked with me and intently listened to me with what vehicle I was looking for and with what options and packages came with that vehicle. As I had purchased a brand new 2019 Ram 1500, I was not happy with certain features with the vehicle and Cathy was more than happy to assist me to find another vehicle to exchange the Ram for. Cathy sat and went over several vehicles she thought would fit what I was in search for. She has such patience in assisting me as well as she is not a pushy salesperson. She took the time to find the right vehicle for me and I ended up purchasing a 2018 Ram 1500 Limited. Cathy truly shows compassion with her customers and goes out of her way to do all she can to find the right vehicle for them. Charlie Browne handled all of the financing paperwork for the vehicle and kept me constantly updated on what extra information would be needed and where the process was at all times. He made the financing part of the purchase so easy and stressfree for me. Everyone who assisted me in this purchase was excellent to work with. I did not feel as if I was just another customer, between Cathy and Charlie they worked diligently with me on this purchase.
