For us at least, the car buying experience is not something we "enjoy". As much research as you do ahead of time, it's hard to feel 100 percent confident in your purchase. He was very forthcoming with information about cars at his dealership but also what we might find elsewhere. He was patient with us as we asked many questions, and we feel confident that he will continue to be of service after the purchase of our vehicle.
