I am usually really happy, but this last time around, I was not as happy with the service provided. I understand that the service center was short staffed, but even with an appointment, I was waiting for a was not as happy with the service provided. I understand that the service center was short staffed, but even with an appointment, I was waiting for almost 3 hours for my oil change. There were remarks on the report that were also not gone over with me and asked if I would like to fix them this time around. I had suspected that I had a headlight out the week before I took my car in, and forgot about it, but then a day later I drove at night and noticed that my headlight was in fact out. It made me feel less confident in the service provided - was it even checked? I understand being short staffed, but I think letting the customer know that it is going to be a longer wait time than normal would have been nice. However, the associate who helped was very kind. Absolutely fantastic experience. Felt with a lot of charlatans at other places who were overly aggressive and tried to hide additional costs. Wilde East was the exception.
