We were in the market for a either new or used Honda Odyssey. Wilde was the 2nd dealer of 3 in the Madison and Milwaukee area that we were going to visit. The first dealership felt like the stereotypic Odyssey. Wilde was the 2nd dealer of 3 in the Madison and Milwaukee area that we were going to visit. The first dealership felt like the stereotypical used car dealership. But at Wilde, Ashley Hellenbrand welcomed by opening the door for us and she ended up being the one to help us look for a vehicle. She is not one of those annoying high pressure salespeople at all, but instead, she worked with us and answered every one of our questions. She even went to pull a car around that that Wilde had in what my wife thought was her favorite exterior and interior color, which is the same color that the 3rd dealer had even though Ashley knew we didn't want that specific one at Wilde due to miles and trim level being a bit more than we desired. That was the color that my wife thought she wanted, but after seeing the color in person, we decided we didn't like the mocha interior color at all, so we canceled the 3rd dealer's appointment. The 3rd dealer appointment was canceled because of Ashley's willingness to look a little more into their inventory and go out in the cold and bring around a vehicle she knew we didn't want, just so we could see the color first hand. Just one example of how Ashley went above and beyond for us. Other dealerships and salespeople should take a lesson from Ashley! We ended up buying a 2020 Honda Odyssey EX-L with less than 15,000 miles on it through Ashley and Karen in the finance area. Plus, we received a very fair price for our trade-in! I cannot express enough how much we appreciate Ashley and Karen as well. Highly recommended for sure! they explain the options regarding any kind of extended warranty, but aren't high pressure like so many other dealers I have been to. When we said no, they accept that as the final answer. Plus they don't bury extra "charges" and "fees" into the final price like I have seen so many times before at other dealers. We were so pleased we even bought some Honda hoodie sweatshirts and was helped by the new parts manager (sorry I didn't catch his name), who was patient and very very helpful. Ashley has excellent communications and does a fantastic job following up with her customers. Both Ashley and Karen have gained my trust that so many sales people and finance people have lost over the years. I would gladly go back to Wilde East Towne Honda. More

I wish I could give WILDE East Towne Honda and service advisor Coley Kunitz 10 stars! Last week I was driving from Minnesota to Indiana with my teenage daughter. Earlier that morning, in Minnesota, I ha advisor Coley Kunitz 10 stars! Last week I was driving from Minnesota to Indiana with my teenage daughter. Earlier that morning, in Minnesota, I had put four brand new tires on my car. When we reached Madison for gas we noticed immediately that the car was making a very strange sound. We googled the nearest Honda dealership and found Wilde to be 5 miles away. We called and spoke to an advisor who told us to come over and they would check it out. When we pulled into the service area where we were greeted by Coley Kuntz. She immediately jumped into action seeing that we had a flat tire. We explained our situation and she reassured us that they would find us a new tire and get us safely on our way. Within in minutes she located a tire for us. The shuttle driver drove us to the nearest mall and we waited less than one hour. Coley is professional, kind, and efficient. We continued on our way and felt very grateful to have found Wilde Honda. Only regret, we live in MN and Wilde Honda is in WI. Would definitely recommend Wilde Honda. Thanks Coley! You’re the best!! More
