Jeff Fox is fantastic -- honest, kind, and thorough, and an inspiration. The 2022 Odyssey we purchased is a great vehicle. We love it. However, the way we were treated by the trade in department, at the very end of the paperwork process was despicable. Everything was already finished except the trade in value. The "someone" who we never met face to face, looked at CarFacts and said we had not serviced the 2008 Odyssey (our trade in vehicle). for many years and greatly discounted the value. (Apparently, Zimbrick, our maintenance provider, doesn't report information to this site.) We presented our physical paper file of every maintenance and repair receipt for the 13 years we owned the vehicle -- organized in order, by date and mileage. When the back room disregarded it all, we felt totally disrespected and discounted. We swallowed hard and bought the new vehicle anyway. It wasn't the money. It was the personal insult. What a terrible way to treat people who are purchasing a $45,000 new car with cash. We give Jeff Fox an A+ (because he earned it), and we give the faceless backroom an F- (because they earned it), and we crossed the Wilde dealership off our list! Wilde and company, what a dumb way to run your business!. You drove us straight back to Zimbrick. If you want to hear our ideas about how you might change your policies and practices to make them a bit more respectful, we will share them, but only with the owner/president who has the power to make policy change decisions. The sales experience with "Duke" Justin was very good. We were considering buying a used Honda HR-V before he showed us the advantage of buying new with 0% financing. With a tight availability he was able to were considering buying a used Honda HR-V before he showed us the advantage of buying new with 0% financing. With a tight availability he was able to sell us one on the showroom floor equipped exactly as we needed. Duke related well to us (seniors) and quick sharing of life experiences between us was fun and not excessive. The purchase went smoothly. We met with Eric from finance to complete the paperwork. Herein lies our only disappointment with WILDE. The hard sell for extended warranty coverage was excessive. I know this is the high profit portion of a dealership and it is his responsibility to "close the sale" on this. But on the sales side we are sold on Honda reliability and their warranty and on the finance side of how we should not trust the car and pay a high monthly additional fee beyond the factory warranty. I know It's a standard in the car industry today, just like the hard sell for rust proofing was years ago. I don't really fault Eric, who we really liked for having to "sell" this but it is uncomfortable for the buyer to go through this process with the A-Z options which the majority will never need. More

This was the only place that I was able to find a new car on the lot! Everywhere else I went to look, I either had the option of buying a used car for the same price or wait a few months. My sales person, Sc on the lot! Everywhere else I went to look, I either had the option of buying a used car for the same price or wait a few months. My sales person, Scott, was amazing! He made me feel confident in my decision, made sure I knew how to run all the extra things on the new car that I’ve never dealt with before, and even checked in with me after I bought the car! I even got help with the pricing on one of the extras since I don’t have a garage to help with theft prevention. I am so happy that I went to Wilde Honda rather than a different Honda dealer and I will always go there in the future when I am going to get a Honda! More
