This was our third experience working with Scott Jensen at Wilde and each time it gets better. We called Scott trying to help us downsize from our three Honda’s down to two. I LOVE my new civic and all the features. Bryar even took time to give me a rundown of the extra bells and whistles that come on these newer model vehicles. Bryar has a genuine, customer-centered approach and this really makes the entire process feel good. Karen was also very helpful in the financial department. Fast because the entire process took about 2 hrs.....Friendly because Duke is one of the genuinely nicest guys you'll ever want to meet and Fun because its a beautiful facility with a lot to see. I would add one more thing....Informative...if you like good communication Duke stayed in touch with me over a period of weeks keeping me up to speed and the entire transaction was done right .....the first time!!
