The total car-buying process took about 6 hours minimum, which I would expect as a first-time car buyer. However, I wish the dealership would have been more honest about the timeframe when I was there, beca which I would expect as a first-time car buyer. Dana is AMAZING and such a sweetheart, and Erik is full of wit and jokes. If it weren't for those two, the experience would've been much less pleasant. More
