When I wanted to cancel my gap insurance and bumper to bumper warranty 34 hours after I purchased the vehicle realizing I could receive this through my insurance for less money, I was treated poorly and felt like I was wasting their time. The business/finance person was disengaged unwilling to work with me as a customer or to think outside of the box to see how we could make this work. I was an inexperienced car buyer and I guess I learned my lesson about this dealership. Being nice and willing to help only matters before you purchase your vehicle. More
