This was my first time buying a car and I worked with Erik Lipp and Karen Haradrath. Erik was unbelievably friendly and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. He walked me through the process, was never pushy and extremely helpful while considering my options. He made me feel so welcome to the community (I just moved from New Jersey) and I know I will definitely be reaching out to him again in the future for any car needs. I felt like both Erik and Karen were really looking out for me and cared that I got the best deal, that I was comfortable and informed throughout the process, and left happy with my decisions. I love my new (used) 2016 Honda CRV and would definitely recommend this dealership and these wonderful people to anyone and everyone! More
