Laura contacted us by phone and by email as well as meeting us at the Honda lot to see if we had any questions. We eventually purchased a 2020 LX which we are very happy with. When we picked up our SUV Laura made sure we knew what all the new features were and also followed up to make sure we had the hitch we purchased installed on our SUV. More
