Unresponsive Dealership! We bought a Used Honda Certified 2016 Honda CR-V, after four hours of waiting to complete the purchase of our vehicle, being exhausted, we signed a We bought a Used Honda Certified 2016 Honda CR-V, after four hours of waiting to complete the purchase of our vehicle, being exhausted, we signed a purchase contract believing that everything that was discussed i.e. trade in price for our car and the "No Haggle" price of the Used vehicle. After arriving home and reviewing the contract we learned that the trade-in value on the contract was less than what we were quoted and the "No Haggle" price was increased with a service fee (no idea what this is for). The F&I person also did not provide us with our $350 credit that we were due for having turned in a Honda Lease less than 30 days prior. We immediately left a message for the F&I person, no response, we talked to another F&I person who said he would "Get back to us" ...never did. Returned to the dealership and asked to have the contract to be re-written, (we also cancelled all of the service contracts associated with the purchase, since our calls were not returned) was told it was too late. Called Honda Finance and they said that it was NOT too late and the contract could be re-written. Called the dealership and asked for the name of the General Manager, before I could explain to the person answering the phone why I was asking for the name, the person stated "We do not give that information out, sorry" and HUNG-UP. I immediately called back and asked to speak to the General Manager and my call was transferred to a Marketing Intern, after explaining our situation, he told me "I will call you right back"....that was four days ago. WHATS GOING ON HERE!!! However, our Salesperson was GREAT and the service department was Very responsive. More

I wasn't going to complain after having to wait Worst auto service I've dealt with, now on multiple occasions since moving to Madison 2 years ago. I wasn't going to complain after having to wait twice as long as quoted from my first oil change, or when they tried to imply I needed transmission service when it was only elective. I didn't complain when they charged me $200 to remove an unknown wire coming from the ceiling from when the vehicle was purchased, and for "fixing" an issue with strobe headlights (they looked, but are clueless & threw their hands up). It has reoccured twice since, and it's always fun to drive around with electrical problems and flashing headlights! Now I've felt the need to make a profile, & whatever else review sites will be needed to spread awareness, after this latest disrespect. After scheduling an oil change a week in advance, and leaving work to accomodate a supposed 30min service, I arrive to be told I must wait an hour and a half past my scheduled service time or reschedule when I want to bring my vehicle in. That is not service. That is not business operating as normal with a customer. Please continue and read further reviews here, I wish I had before wasting my time, & the hard earned cash that should be given towards establishments that will actually provide you their quoted services instead of stringing you along in hopes of upcharges down the road. They'd like for their fish tank & electronic gizmo decorated waiting room to fool you. This establishment's focus is not you, or your vehicle's best interest; and they make it quite clear through their actions, dialogue, & horrendous service. More
