Great experience overall Our experience with Erik Lipp was excellent. He wasn't overly invasive in the lot (yet still genuine and friendly!) on contact and let us poke around. When we asked to test drive a few cars, he was completely chill with letting us try out several different versions of Honda Fits. It really has eased my conscience not wondering if I picked the right model or not. The Fit Sport was exactly the amount of features we were hoping for. We got a great car. In the signing room Samir was friendly but was a *little* pushier than other experiences we've had with warranty and loan paperwork. It was a little rushed, and we could sense the push from him to add on extras. I know it's standard practice, but we've been offered the same benefits from other dealerships in a more passive manner. It was in no way aggressive, and we were not interested in add-ons regardless, so it didn't affect the overall outcome of the experience. He even offered us a dealership discount on one of the extended warranties after we denied it initially but we still passed on it. More

Once we (myself & the dealership) met in the middle, Dana came in on his day off to make sure what I needed was taken care of. Thank you Dana!! The finance guy, Kenn, was friendly, knowledgeable and funny. He spelled out the different options available and wasn't pushy. Very personable. Simply the best used car buying experience I found a vehicle on line that I was interested in. I sent a message and told the dealer that I was coming in to look at the vehicle and they had ever I found a vehicle on line that I was interested in. I sent a message and told the dealer that I was coming in to look at the vehicle and they had everything ready for me. I was under a time constraint and Sam was very conscious of that. I took a test drive and decided I was definitely interested in the vehicle. They made me a very fair trade in offer for my car and the vehicle I purchased was priced very competitively. I wasn't able to finalize the purchase on my first visit, but set up a time to return and take delivery of the vehicle. My return trip was even better than the first. I was able to get papers signed, have Sam go through the vehicle with me and be in and out in 45 minutes! I have never had such a pleasant car buying experience. Sam did a fantastic job, he even helped me put the new car mats in the vehicle. Brent in finance was great as well. He explained everything clearly and even got me a better finance rate than my credit union! This was truly a refreshing, stress free experience. Great job Wilde East Towne Honda! More
