He was so very patient with me as I drove three vehicles and waffled from one to the other. When I finally made up my mind, financing was fast and easy with Karen Haldreth - so efficient and friendly. I also met management guy, Phil Hogans - professional and helped me make a great financial decision that I had not considered before coming into the dealership. I was also pleased that I could get my new car that day, on the spot instead of wait several days as was the policy at the other dealership in town. I went to 6-7 car dealerships when searching for a newer used vehicle in September of 2017. I was in search of a small SUV, and heard good things about Wilde East Towne Honda. I was lucky enough to be pared with Mikayla Edwards. She was very patient and knowledgeable answering my unending questions, let me test drive vehicles without a rep breathing down my neck, and always followed up quickly when I reached out to her by email or phone. She helped me find several great options within my budget (CRVs and RAV 4s - they have a wide variety of newer used vehicles as well as new), and I am still smiling ear to ear in my RAV in January 2018! I will definitely come back for future vehicles. More

My salesperson listened and discussed. Although he gave me suggestions here and there, he truly just listened to what I needed, and then he did a great job finding vehicles that fit that. The service department also looks very good -- they seem to be quite efficient. I feel 100% comfortable recommending this dealership and the salesperson I worked with (Scott Jensen) to any of my friends. I feel that they were completely fair with me, and I did not pick up any bad vibes at all. More
