Excelent Customer Experience Recently, I was in the market for a new(er) vehicle. I found a few vehicles that I was interested in online and contacted Wilde to schedule a time to Recently, I was in the market for a new(er) vehicle. I found a few vehicles that I was interested in online and contacted Wilde to schedule a time to test drive the vehicles that I had selected. When I arrived at the dealership, Chuck was waiting to show me the vehicles that I had selected. Both vehicles were immaculate and in great condition. After viewing the and driving the vehicles, Chuck and I went inside to discuss the financial details. There was not a moment that I felt pressure to buy, in fact Chuck made sure to tell me that it was fine to walk away if the deal did not feel right. I ended up going home without a vehicle that day, but made the decision to purchase a vehicle the following week. I called the dealership and spoke to Chuck and let him know that I was going to purchase. From, that moment, the sales process kicked into full gear. Shawn, a manager, contacted me to make sure financing was in order and collected all of the information needed to have the contract ready for signing by the time I got to the dealership. Steve worked directly with the Credit Union to find the best rates available, and Samir walked me through the contract and financials. I've been looking for a nice clean low mileage Mercedes that I could afford, and that would last me for a long time. I had been watching all of the applicable web sites. The best cars don't last. I discovered my car, made contact with the dealership and Mikel was in contact with me in just a short while. His manager also followed up to make sure that I was being taken care of. After giving my truthful description of my nice trade, and getting information on the car from Mikel, we finally came to an agreement. That night the car was out on a test drive, but he notified me 1st thing the following morning that it had not sold. We finally worked out a difference figure, I put down my deposit and drop 300 miles Saturday morning to buy the car. It was a 2010 E550, and the car literally looked and drove as if brand new. I was happy, am still happy and hope to keep it for years. It was sitting up front, detailed, etc. Process was easy, Mikel was easy going and there was never any pressure. It was a good experience.
