Lo primero que debo decir es que la representante que nos atendió, Leticia Acosta, es una persona muy amable y tuvo la paciencia suficiente para ayudarnos en la elección del vehículo que hemos comprado. Veníamos de tener una experiencia muy mala en otro dealer de Toyota en donde después de ofrecernos opciones muy tentadoras terminaron diciéndonos que debido a que no contábamos con un número de seguro social no podían vendernos ningún vehículo aún teniendo todo el dinero en la mano. Es la primera vez en los 12 años que vivimos en este país que nos pasa algo similar pues no es la primera vez que adquirimos un vehículo en los estados unidos. Ya hemos tenido 4 anteriormente y en ninguna ocasión nos pusieron ningún tipo de trabas, muy por el contrario, nuestras experiencias anteriores fueron muy buenas. Sentimos que Leticia se identificó inmediatamente con nosotros como inmigrante que es y hubo mucha empatía de ambas partes, tanto a mi esposa como a mí nos cayó muy bien desde el primer momento que la conocimos y ella fue la que realmente inclinó la balanza a favor del consecionario pues teníamos otra cita programada con un vendedor de Russ Darrow Kia con el que nos habíamos reunido antes de contactar a Leticia y ya nos había mostrado algunos autos, solo faltaba ir a la segunda cita para que nos muestre 2 vehículos más para tomar la decisión final. Pero el trato recibido y la manera cómo se estableció la relación entre cliente y vendedor hizo que decidiéramos cancelar nuestra cita con Kia y quedarnos con Honda. Leticia se esmeró en buscar el vehículo ideal de acuerdo a nuestras necesidades y presupuesto, a pesar de que cambiamos de preferencias hasta en 3 oportunidades. El proceso fue muy fácil y rápido y lo que más me sorprendió es la diligencia tanto del vendedor como del underwriter para que con poca documentación de nuestra parte lograran obtener el préstamo con un banco con el que no teníamos una relación comercial previa. Estamos realmente muy contentos de que se hayan cubierto todas nuestras expectativas y se haya logrado tener un trato final favorable para ambas partes. Esperamos en el futuro seguir contando con sus servicios y mantener esa relación tan cordial que nos brindaron desde que ingresamos a sus oficinas. La experiencia de esta compra la calificaría con 5 estrellas sin lugar a dudas y ya estoy recomendando el dealer a algunos de mis contactos. Helped Me through the whole Process with Patience Knowing I was going to be buying a car for the first time without the help of my husband, I wanted to be prepared. I searched many places to buy a Honda Odyssey and decided driving to Sun Prairie from Beloit was the best option for me. I used the website to know exactly which cars I wanted to see. I also used the website to choose the salesperson who I thought would be a good match for me. I did not want to go in to the dealership and just get some random salesperson. I choose Laura Kaleas and called her to make an appointment to work with her. She promptly called me back to schedule an appointment and followed up before coming in to again confirm. Working with Laura was wonderful. She was kind, patient and knowledgable. Having already owned a Honda Odyssey, I knew many features but Laura was able to show and teach me all of the new features the Odyssey now has compared to my old one. She never made me feel the questions I asked were dumb and walked me through certain things a second time when I wasn't sure I understood. I was at the dealership for quite some time as they were busy that day and I never once felt rushed or pressured to make decisions. I felt I was Laura's customer for as long as it was going to take and she gave me her complete attention- even having some side conversations while we waited for the business people to be ready for me. She was very professional and it was a great car buying experience working with her. I would highly recommend Laura again. I am very happy with my new Honda Odyssey and feel if I ever have any questions that I could call on Laura to help me out. To finish up the paperwork on the business end, Samir Karimi worked with me. He had the task of explaining to me my extended warranty options. Unknowingly, after negotiating the car price, I thought I was finished with the cost part so was surprised to be asked for more money. Samir calmly helped me understand my options when I wasn't exactly happy that this was happening and reexplained things when I had questions. His quiet voice and mannerisms are really an asset for his job that I noted and made sure to tell him. In the end, I truly felt he understood my points and helped me clear some confusion I was having. He finished up my paperwork and I was on my way. More
