She showed us all of the safety features that we had heard about. She helped us understand all the new high tech features that were Greek to us. Peter was also a large help getting us through the paperwork. The sales manager even told us that the moldings that we wanted to protect the doors from dings from others wouldn't work for the purpose we wanted so we didn't order them to be added. Any other dealership would of just added them so they could get more money. This was the friendliest and most helpful car buying experience we have ever had. Thankyou to all of you. More

I had leased cars in the past from Wilde Honda and decided it was time to purchase a car on my own. At 25 going into a dealership without your parents for the first time can be frightening, but right off the bat I received excellent service and plenty of details from Jerry. I felt I was provided a wide variety of options, all my questions were answered, and Jerry really helped me find the perfect fit. I not only love my new car, but now I pay less a month for a vehicle I will own versus what I was paying a month for my lease! I am so thrilled with my experience and will certainly be going back there to purchase future vehicles with Wilde East Towne Honda. I got back into a Nissan, which was my first car at age 16 prior to leasing two vehicles from Honda! More

Poor customer service When I took my car for service back in March, Valerie treated me as a professional and her customer service was outstanding and excellent. I'm glad, I was able to work with Val and if I could I would give her 10 stars!! When, my Honda was ready to be picked up (Sat March 4th), unfortunately Valerie wasn't around to help me out. I pulled up in my 2017 Honda loaner car and picked up my 2013, which was fixed. However, I was really disappointed with the way Cheryl treated me. She asked me, if the tank of gas in my loaner was full and mentioned the miles that were driven, which I found unpleasant. The worse part was that my car wasn't even washed, when I went to pick it up. Unfortunately, I have to put a bad review and maybe next time I can go to Zimbrick, which is right around the corner or find another dealer. More
